Born and raised in Iran, I found my passion for photography at the age of five when my parents bought me my very first camera - a Fisher Price Kodak. And I've been fascinated with photographs and their effect and presence in life and history ever since. With a Bachelor's in Photography from Tehran, Iran, my work has been published and exhibited several times in my hometown as well as various countries such as Italy, Germany, The Netherlands, Dubai and the United States, including The 9th Tehran Photography Biennial, and have had the honor of exhibiting my work alongside masters such as Abbas Kiarostami. My passion is the art of photography that focuses on people, sharing the human experience and ultimately showing the simple fact that we are all *human*. That being said, I obviously love to travel and have been fortunate enough to explore many of the beautiful countries in this world and currently work as a freelance, natural light photographer in California, but will travel anywhere in the world upon request :)
